Godmorning!!!!

Sitting here and thought this day will be great, but my back are hurting and also my throats are sore.....
But i think I can handle it....
Finally I can se the sun, but it's not a clear blue sky the sun are sometimes so long time behind the clouds...:) I wounder were I should go to get some nice spring weather, were is't warm and you don't need any winter jackets, cause now I'm really bored of the winter and I will get ride of it.....

So what happened to my nice run I had start for some week ago? Well I had started and had run for3 days one week and 2 day the other week and then guess what I got sick and now It's so hard to start up that again.......

Was looking at my statistics and I saw that people from Russia and Finland have take over your place....
People from Usa have been on the second place and now you are on the fourth place, so just go ahead and read and when you have been reading please leave a footprint that you have been read it, it's zoo fun to have someone commenting back....

  1. You need to find an APP for your I-phone to track your running. It will help keep you motivated. I know how it is, exercise has to become a habit and for some reason it is the easiest one to break. If you wish to count your calories too I would recommend LOSE IT. You can scan the bar codes on the food and it will enter it automatically in your food log.
