think we have just 13 days until christmas and this christmas I will be free, the time goes so fast so that soon we will have a new year ....
Today we got some more snow but it's not soo much that we got the last days, and he temperature have gone between -4 celcius and -7celcius the last was before I went to bed....
Today we also went to Johan and Suvi they have invited whole family to come for dinner and they was feeding us with christmas food, it was meatballs, sasuage,ham and green salad and then they had beetrootsalad and mimosasalad( hope you know what it's)....
to desert was it coffe and saffron buns etc....
I got surprised to see that we could bee so many i Johans and Suvis appartment....
Mum have been sick whole weekend but today after we came from Johan and Suvi she felt better, I hope it will be much better tomorrow.....
Vad är mimosa sallad? Jag har aldrig hört talas om det. Skulle du vara så snäll och dela receptet? Dessutom har vi den galna maginfluensa här i USA också. Jag önskar att du hade tagit bilder av Johan & Suvi sin lägenhet så du vet hur nyfiken jag är när det kommer till er svenska folket.

SvaraRaderaWell mimosa sallad is some fruit what's put together in a white sause pretty good, here is the recepie ingredients:
SvaraRadera1 ½ cups sour cream
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
A tin approx 400g cocktail mix
To do this:
Let the syrup in a cocktail mixture drain off.
Stir together sour cream and mayonnaise. Add the fruit. Serve.
(If you want you can flavor with vinegar, mustard and more mayonnaise.)
we are buying it from the town so we don't make it by us self....
This is good to boiled potatoes and ham
