Some have been asking for the recipe....

I put out a recepie for two days ago and then some from Usa wanted to have the recepie so I had google to help me to translate it.


The recipe:
600 g grated potatoes (not boiled)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon barley flour
1 ½ tbsp plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt
pepper
2 cups grated cheese into the mixture
Rest in refrigerator for 10 min
Grease muffin cups in aluminum
Fill about half
Sprinkle cheese over about 2 cups.
browning in the oven at 390 degrees
about 20 minutes.

You will eat this with lingonberry jam or butter..... Well you can also frying bacon together with leek....
Have a good and tasty dinner.....

Remember that when you grated the potatoes it changes fast to brow, I thought when I did this that it looks soo bad.... The dough is also watery....

Here in sweden we have get so much snow it have been snowing a whole week, well it feels like that thought, but still we have snow....

Yesterday I had guest from finland one who just come and had some coffe and then left bsck to finland they was going also into Ikea before they leave sweden and go over to finland...
Later we got more guest, I lkie when we have some guset who stays over the night, It does not happend so ofte anymore, like before we had so much people coming and stay over, I really miss those people....
Well It was nice to have them over and then they have been and look were my both brothers are living and now they turned back to finland....
